Brooklyn East India Pale ale is traditionally cold-hopped, a process that makes hops aromas stand out. For the East IPA Brooklyn uses besides other very aromatic varieties the special East Kent Golding hops. An exceptionally refreshing beer.

The color of appetizing honey, clear, medium-strong foaming. Attractive bouquet of honey, lemongrass, dried fruits and a hint of vanilla and banana. Frothy in the mouth, then generously adds aromas of apricot and other stone fruits, underlaid with a barely noticeable caramel sweetness that counteracts a balancing astringency that also determines the finish.
