MENABREA BIONDA - LAGER 24 x 330 ml / 4.8 % Italy

Menabrea Blonde pale lager is the undisputed quality, low fermentation produced using carefully selected raw materials and the pure water of the Biella Prealps. It has a pale yellow color, the foam is fine and persistent. The palate is pleasant, with slight nuances bitter; the taste stand out strong hops flavor and aroma lasciatole cereal and roasted malt. Very balanced beer that highlights an essential touch of floral and fruity with spicy yeast used for production. The finish is pleasant, persistent and not bitter.

Serve with: Wild boar salami, soft cheeses, white meats and grilled salmon.

Pale lager from Piedmont (4.80%vol.). The taste is: mild, very cereal, dry, tangy, well hopped with a long finish. Menabrea brewery won gold medals in Chicago at the Annual World Beer Championship in 2005, 2006, 2010 and 2011.

Brewed with water, malt, maize, hops. The best raw materials, a long maturation and the pure, light water from the Biella Alps have given this beer, since 1846, a full and refined taste. It is a well-balanced beer with a notable floral/fruity aroma thanks to the selected yeasts used in the brewing process.
