A. H. Riise X.O. Reserve "Sauternes Cask" is an exquisite rum from the Caribbean. This rum is hand-blown from different rum distillates, which are up to 20 years old and has a wonderful golden color. This limited bottling is also stored in barrels from Sauternes Chateau Lafon used for the famous sweet-wine Château d'Yquem's. This produces a full-bodied and fruity rum with notes of honey, apricot and peach. Velvety soft and delicate sweetness on the palate with a finish reminiscent of a touch of vanilla and raisins. Each barrel has been carefully selected by the Master Distiller and all are "single barrel bottled.
