Products from Sitenrain
In 2003, the former Sitenrain farm was given a new lease on life. My parents, Erika and Ueli Breitschmid, were able to purchase this beautiful piece of land and began organic viticulture. From the very beginning, we cultivated only new, hardy grape varieties, and to this day we practice sustainable viticulture north of the Alps—consistently organic.
Today, together with my team, I manage 5.5 hectares of vineyards in Meggen. That’s just under 30,000 vines, which we tend by hand.
From the harvested grapes, we primarily produce white wines, but also red and sparkling wines. A wine for every season: fresh and crisp for summer, to warm and comforting for cooler days.
For me, Sitenrain is more than just a vineyard. I’d like to share this beautiful piece of land with you. That’s why we occasionally invite you to an event or tasting. Because our passion isn’t just for wine—it’s also for connecting with good people.
