BAILEYS STRAWBERRY Cream 70 cl / 18 % Irland Strawberry milkshake with shot? The Strawberries & Cream Special Edition by Baileys comes pretty close. David Dand is considered the creator of the world famous cream liqueur. No one knows exactly where the name Baileys comes from: the company once said that a certain Mr. Bailey was the name giver, but this was cheating. The story of the drink began in Dublin in 1974, when David and his team started experimenting with Irish milk cream and whiskey. It took them three years to find a way to prevent the two main ingredients from separating again. It was similarly tricky to set the shelf life to two years. One of Baileys' secrets to success is the "Baileys Ladies", the approximately 38,000 dairy cows that graze on Irish pastures 300 days a year and produce 220 million liters of dairy cream. There are also whiskeys from various national distilleries, vanilla and cocoa beans. In 2005, the company began to diversify its product range.Strawberries & Cream is a seasonal special edition from 2018 with the taste of sweet strawberries. The color of the liqueur is about the same as the bottle shows: a milky, delicate pink. At the pure tasting on ice you almost feel reminded of a strawberry milkshake with "shot". That's why Baileys Strawberries & Cream Liqueur is also the perfect complement to dessert drinks and dairy specialties. Even desserts can refine the liqueur wonderful.

BAILEYS Salted Caramel Likör 70 cl / 17 % Irland The Saltet Caramel liqueur from Baileys not only contains cream from the famous dairy cows and Irish whisky, but also a pinch of salt and caramel. David Dand is considered the creator of the world-famous cream liqueur. Nobody really knows where the name Baileys comes from: the company once claimed that a certain Mr. Bailey gave the drink its name, but this was a hoax. The history of the drink began in Dublin in 1974, when David and his team began experimenting with Irish creamed milk and whisky. It took them three years to find a way to prevent the two main ingredients from separating again. It was similarly tricky to set the shelf life to two years. In 2005, the company began to diversify its range and launched the Mint Chocolate and Crème Caramel varieties. A little later, Baileys was launched with a coffee flavor and now Baileys Salted Caramel. You can either drink it neat with an ice cube or simply use it as an ingredient in a Baileys dessert

This set includes the Jawbox Classic Dry Gin from Northern Ireland and a matching ceramic mug, which is best filled with gin and ginger ale.details In Belfast, not only the ginger ale was invented, but also the box-shaped, deep sink nicknamed "Jawbox", which soon graced the home kitchens of the rich and poor. In the Belfast sink not only the kitchen utensils were cleaned, but also clothes, utensils and certain body parts of the entire family. It was so often in use that here the general gossip and gossip of the house was held. Gerry White, the developer of the Jawbox Classic Dry Gin, was so enthusiastic about it that he named his brand after the sink - a little in the hope that the gatherings of the gin drinkers would be equally talkative. At the Echinville Distillery in Northern Ireland, Jawbox Gin is made by combining triple-distilled barley alcohol with eleven botanicals, whose aromas pass to the liquid in two different ways. On the list of ingredients are juniper berries, black mountain heather, coriander seeds, cassia, angelica root, orris root, kubeben pepper, lemon zest, cardamom, liquorice root and grains of paradise. The Jawbox Gin was declared with pride as a "single estate" gin, as the barley and water come from their own farm, which is also home to the distillery. The Botanicals, however, are not so regionally considered, because apart from the mountain heather many of the Aromengeber come from outside. Also included in this set is a vintage-style ceramic mug that is ideal for a variety of gin cocktails as well as coffee and tea.

And indeed, when tasting the liqueur, you can hear delicately buttery, creamy, fluffy and biscuit-like notes - how the manufacturer managed to get these aromas into the bottle remains a closely guarded secret, of course. What is certain is that Birthday Cake liqueur can be used to prepare sinful dessert cocktails, milkshakes and high-calorie desserts.

The Story of Guinness® Special Export Commissioned by the adventuring brewer John Martin in 1944, Guinness Special Export stout packs a punch befitting his Belgian brewery. 8% alcohol creates a strong body. Rich malty flavours combine with smoky roasted barley. Liquorice and butterscotch play supporting roles, along with molasses, hints of vanilla and dark fruit accents. An Irish stout with a continental edge. “8% alcohol creates a strong body. Rich malty flavours combine with smoky roasted barley” As impressive and imposing as our St James’s Gate Brewery doors may be, they’re always open to new ideas and innovative thinking. Back in the 1940s, John Martin, an English brewer expatriated to Belgium ventured through those doors with an idea. He brought the notion of a punchier, fiercer Guinness brewed with less hops, a sweeter aftertaste and a lower bitterness to suit the Belgian palate. He requested a unique vintage be created especially for this purpose – the first Guinness beer to be served in Belgium. Creamy and light in texture and containing all of the distinctive characteristics of our Irish beer, it was a departure from the norm but still unmistakably Guinness. An adventuring brewer’s black gold.

Guinness Draft Guinness is the epitome of Irish beer - the brewery is inextricably linked to Irish history. Founded in Dublin in 1759, no one believed in a triumphal march of stout, the beer brewed from roasted malt. The Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blend of "Pot Still Whiskey" and "Grain Whiskey" and is distilled three times. He spends the maturing time in sherry and bourbon barrels.John Jameson, a native of Scotland, gave up his rewarding civil service job and sailed to Ireland to found his distillery in 1780 on Dublin's famous Bow Street in 1780 - as always, of course, with the goal of making the world's most outstanding whiskey. Did he succeed? The numbers speak for themselves at least: Jameson whiskey is one of the world's best-selling and internationally fastest-growing Irish whiskey brand. The original is a triple-distilled blend of Pot Still Whiskey (= made from malted and unmalted barley) and Grain Whiskey (= made from any grain mash and baked in coffee stills). The special procedure and maturation in sherry and bourbon casks give it a very mild taste with piquant-spicy, nutty and vanilla notes and a hint of sherry.Since 1971, the distillery on Bow Street has continued as an information center and show distillery, while production has been relocated to southern Midleton. Every day there meet the "masters" of whiskey production: These include Cooper Master Buckley, distiller nation, whiskey master Quinn (who is responsible for the scientifically proven manufacturing methods), maturing master O'Gorman and blending champion Leighton. Jameson whiskeys are not smoky unlike Scottish whiskeys - this is because the drying of the malted barley takes place in closed kilns.

Matured in double burned barrels for an even more intense taste. Black Barrel is a triple distilled blend that combines full-bodied pot still and grain whiskeys and comes from storage in sherry and bourbon barrels. What makes him special? He is the only whiskey in our range, whose bourbon barrels were burned out twice. It is an elaborate process, but we find that every drop is worth the effort.Aroma: a colorful barrel of flavors: butter caramel and creamy toffee confectionery, thanks to Grain Whiskey, the peppery nuances of pot still whiskey and juicy notes of ripe nectarines, apricots and apples that testify to the influence of sherry casks.Taste: Grain Whiskey, matured in vigorously burnt-out bourbon barrels, produces more pronounced spice nuances, nutty notes and sweet vanilla, while the sherry-cased Pot Still Whiskey stirs it up with fruity notes.Reverberation: A reverberation that more fully expresses all the components of Jameson Original. Soft and mild with an intense, full-bodied finish.

Bushmills 10 years of single malt Irish Whiskey is the flagship of the "Old Bushmills Distillery", the oldest licensed whiskey distillery in the world. As the name suggests, the BUSHMILLS Irish Single Malt is a pure malt whiskey, using only the finest natural raw materials According to ancient tradition, this single malt is burnt in copper stills (pot stills) and aged for at least 10 years in specially selected barrels of American oak and Spanish Oloros.Bushmills 10 years of single malt whiskey convinced by its mildness and smoothness. It has a sweet, powerful aroma, accentuated by sherry, vanilla and honey notes. Its malty taste ends in a pleasingly long and slightly dry finish. In 1608, Sir Thomas Philips was given official permission by His Majesty King James I to burn in the area around Bushmills on the north coast of County Antrim in Northern Ireland Whiskey. Years before, according to the legend, the troops of Henry II had especially enjoyed the exquisite spirits of the region. In 1988, Bushmills came between the fronts, as the British giant Grand Metropolitan with its French rivals Pernod-Ricard began to fiercely struggle to take over the traditional Northern Ireland brand. The contract was finally won by the French. Bushmills has always been distilled three times, giving the whiskey a special, pleasantly pleasing lightness. In character, Bushmills Whiskey excels at a young age by a wonderful freshness and sweet-round spicy. Mature vintages, in addition to their characteristic clarity and freshness, have a fascinating full-bodied taste.

SHANKY'S WHIP Original Black Irish Mist Whiskey Likör 70 cl / 33 % Irland The Irish whiskey liqueur Shanky's Whip is characterized by its dark color. The liqueur is made from Black Irish Whiskey and distilled alcohol. This combination is refined in a further step with natural cream and vanilla flavors and a hint of caramel. The black whiskey liqueur tastes deliciously of vanilla and caramel, without neglecting the spicy whiskey notes. It should be enjoyed ice cold and neat or mixed with cola. The bottle shape is based on an old Irish milk bottle. The label, which is inspired by an old Irish matchbox, shows the Irish jockey "Shanky", a wild young race rider. Shanky always went his own way: he liked the idea of Irish whiskey, but he couldn't stand the spiciness. He liked the taste of cream, but not the texture. And he loved stout beer, which is naturally black. Suddenly he had a flash of inspiration and Shanky's Whip Original Black Irish Whiskey Liqueur was born: a blend of black Irish whiskey, Irish spirits, natural cream flavoring and vanilla.

It is thanks to the efforts of the Walsh couple that the Irishman Single Malt Whiskey exists with its clearly noticeable Bourbon and Sherry influences. The family-run Walsh Whiskey Distillery is located on an estate called Royal Oak in Ireland. Surrounded by a fertile mosaic of cultivated fields and lush green meadows, Irishman Whiskey has been produced here since 2007. Triple distilled and stored in both Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, the whiskey follows a more typical production approach. The scent is fruity with a hint of vanilla, the taste reveals notes of crunchy muesli, roasted almonds, honey, cookies, apricots and vanilla. Of course, the oak facets due to the wood are also present. All in all, the influences of the perennial interaction with the bourbon and sherry barrels shine through perfectly.

This Irish whiskey makes it up to the world-famous Scottish single malts and relies on a peaty-smoky flavor. The Connemara region of Ireland is a must-see for travelers as it provides an interesting contrast between green valleys with many small lakes, mystical moorland and rugged mountain ranges. The Kilbeggan distillery, on the other hand, is located in the heart of the Irish lowlands, surrounded by a network of pastures, meadows and fields, and is considered the country's oldest licensed whiskey distillery. It was founded in 1757. Close to the Northern Irish border, on a kind of peninsula and only one kilometer from the beach, the company has been running a second distillery since 1987 called Cooley - here come all five varieties of the Connemara brand. To illustrate the origin of the award-winning Peated Whiskey, the 40% spirit was bottled in a green translucent bottle. Their peaty flavor is exceptional in that it is usually the signature for Scottish single malt whiskeys. De facto, the Connemara 12 years Peated is the only Irish whiskey that looks like peat smoke. Anyway, the Connemara not only tastes of peat, but also of sweet fruits, almonds and marzipan.
