Wikinger Noorgaard NOORGAARD Gin 70 cl / 43.9 % Deutschland VIKING NOORGAARD GIN - A GIN FULL OF NORDIC MYTHS AND LEGENDS Viking Noorgaard Gin stands for everything that characterizes a true Viking gin: It is authentic, powerful and unique. The Handcrafted Distilled Dry Gin is inspired by the fascinating legends of Norse mythology and deeply rooted in its homeland. The native berries and herbs of the North, together with juniper and lemons, provide the aromatic notes of the gin. The original Viking mead, a traditional honey wine whose production still closely follows the recipe handed down from Viking times, provides sweet, floral facets. The new product in the popular Viking range impresses not only with its incomparable taste, but also with its impressive design. The black bottle bears the inscription of the famous rune stone that King Sven Gabelbart once had erected for his loyal follower Skarthi near Haithabu, one of the most important settlements of the Vikings. The bottle is enthroned on a robust base made of wood and the closure handle is also made of this natural raw material. As rustic as the bottle appears, the black-copper-colored label and the shiny copper-gold runes including the World Tree logo on the cap lend it elegance. The gin is suitable in combination with a high-quality tonic water or for pure enjoyment. Viking Noorgaard Gin is a tribute to the culture of the Vikings and takes Viking fans and gin lovers alike on an enjoyable journey through the mystical legends of the far north. WIKINGER NOORGAARD Gin, a gin full of Nordic myths and legends and so unique and powerful, as if it was created directly under the roof of the world tree Yggdrasil. So profound and mysterious, as if it had sprung directly from the Well of Mimir, the source of knowledge and wisdom at the roots of the World Tree. Nordic berries and herbs give WIKINGER NOORGARD Gin its flavor and a slight hint of sweetness builds a bridge to the legendary potion of the gods of the Vikings, the mead! The design of the NOORGAARD gin bottle, however, is by no means from the realm of Norse sagas and legends... quite the opposite: it brings a piece of real Viking history to life and (in the truest sense of the word) makes it tangible! The stately bottle gleams like an ancient granite and bears a historical inscription, because it is modeled after the famous Skarthi stone, also called Busdorfer Runenstein or Danewerksstein. The inscription reads, "King Sven set this stone for his follower Skarthi, who had gone west but now fell at Haithabu." Those who have mastered runic writing and know that the text begins at the bottom left can read the inscription on the WIKINGER NOORGAARD gin bottle. In addition, the bottle is enthroned on a sturdy base made of real wood and the handle on the upper part of the cork is also made of this sturdy raw material. As rustic as the bottle comes across, the black and copper colored label and the shiny copper and gold runes including the world tree logo on the cap give it a preciousness and an elegance that would have made it a piece of jewelry on King Sven Gabelbart's table! Skål! WIKINGER NOORGAARD Gin - a thoroughly original gin that will fascinate all true Viking fans and should not be missing from any collection. NOORGAARD Gin is a tribute to the culture and bravery of the brave warriors and clever traders from the north!

E n j o y.The RegionSicily, with Italy's largest wine-growing area, lies at the tip of the Italian boot; climate – intense summer heat and little rainfall, influenced by South Africa in the south – and geography – mountainous terrain with lean soils – make the island ideal for viticulture. This makes excellent use of the benefits of nature: hillside vineyards with excellent exposure, plenty of sunlight, favourable altitudes with significant temperature differences between day and night, as well as a wide range of distinctive indigenous grape varieties. The soils vary depending on the sub-region of the island: In the west, very lean soils of volcanic origin predominate. No wonder, then, that the most sought-after vineyards for intense, deep, dark and fruity wines are located on the slopes of Mount Etna. In other regions, sandy soils with a high iron content can be found. In combination with an underlying layer of limestone, they give the wines fresh mineral notes.Case of 6 bottles of 75 cl each. Mavrio NEGROAMARO Schöppli Salento IGP Carton 6 x 37.5 cl / 14.5 % Italy Negroamaro's fruity, sweet and balanced taste is provided by its aromas of juicy berries. Complemented by subtle cherry notes and hints of sun-ripened strawberries, this red wine is a guaranteed treat for the palate. Mavrio wines are character wines made from pure Negroamaro grapes! They are grown in Puglia, the warm south of Italy, and are then aged for several months in barrique. Then they present themselves in full development, revealing a dark sweetness and a sun-soaked aroma. Within a short period of time, Mavrio has become the favorite of Swiss wine drinkers, and the wine critic Luca Maroni has already honored the valuable southern Italian wines with high ratings on several occasions. Puglia in southern Italy is one of the country's most productive wine-growing regions. From the spur of the boot near Foggia to the tip of the heel behind Lecce, Puglia stretches for 400 kilometers. The area has the most grape varieties in southern Italy, about 80 percent of them red. Mediterranean climate and calcareous subsoils with iron oxide-rich layers above create perfect conditions for viticulture. In the dry, hot summers, the grapes ripen optimally, and the wines become deeply dark, earthy and full-bodied. Unlike the other southern regions, there are hardly any mountains here; the landscape consists mainly of plateaus and flatlands. This is a wine-growing region with enormous potential - the possibilities of the countless autochthonous grape varieties are far from exhausted. Even today, Puglia offers the highest quality wines of great intensity and richness; the finest qualities among them grow on the Salento peninsula.

Silentium PRIMITIVO di Manduria DOC Schöppli carton 6 x 37.5 cl / 14.5 % Italy Blackberry, dried fruit and soft vanilla and cinnamon aromas delight the nose and palate in this rich garnet red wine. A slight opening sweetness, a full body, a smooth, harmonious structure, plenty of fruit and a long finish make this wine a lasting pleasure. Silentium stands for a moment of silence. For that precious moment when the world turns a little slower, when you enjoy the relaxation and tranquility with a fine glass. Silentium has been given a lot of time to reach perfect maturity: for a long time the wine rested in barrique in the silent cellar and could develop its full strength undisturbed. Enjoy it with a nice meal or just like that! Puglia, in southern Italy, is one of the country's most productive wine-growing regions. Catalonia is a renowned region in the northeast of Spain. The Catalans are the driving force and the greatest innovators in Spanish viticulture. They were the first to produce sparkling wine in the Penedès using the Champagne method - Cava still plays an important role here today. In this great wine region you can find all the microclimates that you can imagine for viticulture. On the coast the sea provides freshness and humidity, inland it is rather dry and hot. In addition, mountain ranges with their chains of hills and steep slopes produce many exceptional terroirs, especially on limestone and clay soils. These natural conditions, coupled with the ingenuity of the local winegrowers, gives rise to a wealth of great wines.

Piedmont’s winegrowers have successfully risen to this challenge: alongside Tuscany, Piedmont produces more of Italy’s finest wines than any other region, with unmistakably full-bodied, complex aromas attributable to these special climatic conditions. The red grape variety Barbera dominates, followed by Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, which is used to make the famous Barolo.
