The world famous Mexican beer.In the big 710 ml bottleFresh and uncomplicated. Sun and beach are to smell.

Wild Creatures BLANC DE BRUT 2022 Barrel Aged Wild Ale 75 cl / 9.7 % Tschechien Blanc de Brute from Wild Creatures Brewery is a unique White Grape Wild Ale, created by combining spontaneously fermented brews and white grapes. This beer, with 9.0% ABV and 17° alcohol content, is a blend of two-year-old brews that have spent more than a year together with selected varieties of Pinot Blanc and Solaris grapes from local vineyards. The result is a delicate and harmonious taste that combines the best of both worlds – wine and beer. Beers enriched with white grapes are not very common on the market, and that is what makes Blanc de Brute so special. The long maturation process in barrels, partly with grapes, gives it a refined and sophisticated taste. With the first sip, you will feel a hint of the beauty of the Mikulov vineyards. Blanc de Brute is a beer that is not afraid to cross the boundaries between beer and wine, and its deliciously vinous character will appeal to even the most demanding gourmets. Its very fine effervescence adds another dimension. Wild CreaturesJitka tasted her first spontaneous beer sometime at the beginning of the new millennium and immediately fell in love with these beers. A few years later, in 2011, she brought her enthusiasm for lambics to her husband's brewery, and the foundations of the Wild Creatures brewery were laid. Just like Belgian lambic, we only brew our beers during the cold months. We cool the wort (inoculate it) in a coolship, where it is exposed to local microflora, which we call "Wild Creatures" at the brewery. These microorganisms create the character of our beers. Since the brewery is located in the middle of vineyards, our beers have a more pronounced wine character compared to Belgian lambic. We then store the wort in wine barrels that we brought from France. And then we wait. For our wild ales, we wait six to nine months, roughly two years for spontaneously fermented beers, and even longer for beers that we label as Reserve. We create the final taste of the beer by blending (mixing) different barrels. Each barrel is different and all of them need to be checked regularly. With almost two hundred barrels, this is a pleasant but quite demanding task.

Marchesi di Barolo Barbera d'Alba DOC Ruvei 2021 Red Wine 150 cl – A wonderfully full-bodied, fruity, and lingering ruby-red wine. Its intense, complex bouquet initially reveals ripe berry fruit (strawberry, blueberry), followed by nuances of cherry, clove, and vanilla. On the palate, it displays a lovely freshness and soft tannins, with a full and harmonious structure.Profile Grape Variety: Barbera Region: Alba Vintage: 2021 Alcohol: 14.5% Vol. Serving Temperature: 16 - 18°C Closure: Cork About Marchesi di BaroloOver 200 years ago, the Marquises Falletti, former owners of the winery in the historic castle, created the "Wine of Kings": Barolo. One of the figures whose name has been associated with Barolo since that time is also a pioneer: Pietro Emilio Abbona, an ancestor of the current owning family, made the wine of his region—and with it, the Cantina Marchesi di Barolo—famous all over the world. The wines from Marchesi di Barolo still do honor to their great name today. They are incredibly powerful, long-lived—and are rightfully the recipients of numerous international awards. The RegionThe northwestern Italian region of Piedmont ("at the foot of the mountains") lies at the southern foothills of the Alps. The climatic conditions are demanding: except for the area around the Po Valley, it is significantly cooler here than in the rest of Italy. Short, dry summers are followed by foggy autumns and very cold winters. A challenge that Piedmontese winegrowers meet successfully: alongside Tuscany, Piedmont produces the most top-tier wines in Italy, with unmistakably full-bodied, multi-faceted aromas attributable to these specific climatic conditions. The red Barbera grape variety dominates, followed by Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, from which the famous Barolo is produced. The vines flourish between 150 and 400 meters above sea level on various soils—from clay-rich for a complex bouquet to lime-rich sandy soils that favor a powerful structure in the wine.Bottle of 150 cl. The island knows how to make the most of nature's advantages: slopes with excellent exposure, plenty of sunlight, favorable altitudes with significant temperature differences between day and night, as well as a whole range of characterful indigenous grape varieties. The soils vary depending on the sub-region of the island: very lean soils of volcanic origin dominate in the west. It is no wonder, therefore, that the most coveted sites for intense, deep-dark, and fruity wines are located on the slopes of Mount Etna. Rocky and calcareous soil covered with red and brown earth offers good growing conditions for the vines, while the Alps, whose foothills border the vast area to the north, protect the region from harsher Northern European weather and ensure a balanced climate. In the warmer plains along the Adriatic coast, mainly red grape varieties are grown; the cooler zones produce outstanding white wines, the most famous of which is undoubtedly Prosecco.Bottle of 500 cl. One of the figures associated with the name Barolo since that time was also a pioneer: Pietro Emilio Abbona, an ancestor of today’s owning family, made the wine of his homeland and the Cantina Marchesi di Barolo famous worldwide. The wines from Marchesi di Barolo continue to live up to their great reputation today. They are incredibly powerful and long-lasting—and for good reason, they have received numerous international awards. The RegionPiedmont in northwest Italy (“at the foot of the mountains”) lies at the southern foothills of the Alps. The climatic conditions are demanding: it is significantly cooler here—except in the Po Valley area—than in the rest of Italy. Short, dry summers are followed by misty autumns and very cold winters. This is a challenge that Piedmontese winegrowers have successfully met: alongside Tuscany, Piedmont produces most of Italy’s finest wines, with unmistakably full-bodied, multifaceted aromas that are attributable to these special climatic conditions. The red grape variety Barbera is dominant, followed by Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, from which the famous Barolo is made. The vines thrive between 150 and 400 m above sea level on a variety of soils—from clay, which produces a multifaceted bouquet, to lime-rich sandy soils that promote a powerful structure in the wine.Bottle of 150 cl. After the phylloxera disaster, considerable capital flowed from the Basque industry into the reconstruction of the region and the export of wines to the USA, which is why the wines are traditionally aged in American oak barrels. In Rioja, the red Tempranillo grape is predominantly grown, on a wide variety of soils, from sand to alluvial soil. GuigalPhilippe Guigal, a highly gifted oenologist, leads the winery in Ampuis in the French Rhône Valley, which was founded by his grandfather Etienne. Everything here is extraordinary: the location on the steep slopes with their hand-hewn terraces and the sparse soils, from which the vines draw water from depths of up to 15 metres. The Guigals extract the maximum from their vineyards and terroir, which is reflected in the top quality of their small quantities. The wine is aged in barriques from the estate's own cooperage, and the outstanding wines command top prices. It is no wonder, then, that the Guigal winery has the most wines rated 100 points by Robert Parker. The regionThe Rhône is highly significant for viticulture. It combines four highly distinct wine-growing regions in terms of climate, topography and grape varieties: the southern and northern Rhône, the central area around the Drôme tributary, and the area east of the southern Rhône. In the north, a continental climate prevails, with harsh winters and hot summers. Here, Syrah – the only permitted red grape variety – and the white Viognier are grown almost exclusively on steep slopes with granitic soils; the more prestigious wine-growing areas such as Hermitage and Côte-Rôtie are located here. The south, facing the sea, benefits from a Mediterranean climate and sandy, rocky soils. Most wines there are blends of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, which are also produced in the renowned Châteauneuf-du-Pape area, among others.Case of 6 bottles of 150 cl each.
