Zero or light – what is the difference?
Zero drinks contain no sugar and deliver virtually no calories; sweetness comes from sweeteners such as aspartame, acesulfame K or stevia. Light drinks are reduced in calories compared with the original product but usually still contain some residual sugar – the claim always refers to the standard version of the same brand.
So choosing between cola light and cola zero is not about healthy versus unhealthy but about two recipes: zero tastes closer to the sugared original, light is often milder and a little sweeter. We stock both lines – from Coca-Cola ZERO and Coca-Cola LIGHT to Pepsi Max Tropical Zero and Dr Pepper DIET.
In everyday terms: zero fits if you want to cut sugar completely, light if you only want to reduce it. Every item is labelled with its full name and size, and the nutrition facts are listed on the product page.
Import editions you will not find in Swiss retail
Part of the zero range consists of imports you will hardly find elsewhere in Switzerland: Coca-Cola Vanilla ZERO and Coca-Cola Cherry ZERO from the USA, Dr Pepper DIET and Dr Pepper ZERO in the 355 ml can, Canada Dry DIET Ginger Ale from the USA or Pepsi Max Tropical Zero from Germany.
On top of that come the Monster Ultra Zero lines from the UK – White, Violet, Paradise, Fiesta Mango, Gold and Watermelon – as well as the Coca-Cola ZERO 150 ml mini can and the old-fashioned returnable bottle from Switzerland.
Swiss zero varieties are covered too: VIVI-KOLA ZERO, Sinalco Cola ZERO and Original ZERO, Rivella Peach Zero as a limited edition, Pepita Grapefruit Light and the low-calorie vitamin teas SuperT Wake Up and Defence. If you prefer it less sweet, reach for fritz-kola sugar-free or the sugar-free Oishi green tea Kabusecha.
Light beer and zero without any alcohol
For many, reduced-calorie drinks also include beer: Bud Light from the USA, Coors Ex-Light from the UK and Medalla Light from Puerto Rico are in stock, as is the Möhl Grappe Apple Cider Bitter Light with 2.9% from Eastern Switzerland.
If you want to skip alcohol entirely, Birra Moretti Zero and AMBAR Tripple Zero 0.0 (also gluten-free) are two alcohol-free beers without added sugar; the wider 0.0 range lives in its own alcohol-free beer category.
A note on alcohol: we sell beer and wine only to persons aged 18 and over, spirits strictly from 18. Alcohol-free zero drinks can be ordered without any age restriction.
Order by the case – free shipping across Switzerland
Most of the zero range comes in cases of 12 or 24 cans, complemented by single bottles and the small 150 ml mini cans for a first taste. That way you can plan a stock without adding every can to the cart individually.
From an order value of CHF 149 we ship free of charge anywhere in Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein; below that a weight-based shipping fee applies. Pickup at our Lucerne warehouse is possible by appointment.
