Jiayin and Lukas met in Switzerland and soon moved to Jiayin’s homeland, China. During their five years in China, they were particularly impressed by Beijing’s culinary scene, with its 60,000 restaurants. Full of experiences and ideas, the two returned to Switzerland and created the Chinese restaurant Jialu.
