Swiss Red Vermouth, Swiss Bitter with Sichuan Flower Pepper, and Jialu Green Osmanthus Gin

This pre-mixed cocktail is a bold reinterpretation of the classic Negroni, crafted using the finest local ingredients.

It combines Swiss red vermouth, Swiss bitters infused with Sichuan flower pepper, and our house-made, delicate Jialu Gin – Green Tea Osmanthus.

We created our version of the Negroni with an eye toward balance, depth, and a touch of the Far East and floral spice.
