The Sparkling Rosé relies on Tempranillo grapes from southern Spain, which are first macerated for four hours and vinified in stainless steel tanks using traditional methods - only to de-alcoholize the wine immediately afterward with the help of vacuum distillation and add a little carbon dioxide.

Noughty Rosé - alcohol-free, organic, vegan, sparkling - has been dealcoholized to preserve the full-bodied flavor in this beautifully crafted bottle.
