Complex nose of ripe apples and fine roasted aromas. The harmony of fruit, roastness and softness make this premium distillate enjoyable for a long time in the finish. Sun-ripened apples are dried after harvest. They now have the full aroma and a slightly sweet roasting aroma. The noble brandy is stored for three years in oak barrels. To perfect the complexity we have chosen Swiss oak, Bourbon and Sauterne barrels. Limited edition: 108 bottles / year
