The native forests, mountain meadows and orchards have always been a true botanist's paradise. Around the year, they collect the precious natural resources to later exploit their many uses. Capturing the fragrances and flavorings of the ingredients in liquid form is the job of the distillers. And since consumers have long since returned to regional products, there are more and more of those in Switzerland.The makers of fir brandy are no longer debutants: the company Swiss Premium Drinks GmbH has already brought out the summit climber Heulikör.
