With the continuing gin boom, the Cocktail Bramble is also experiencing a new level of popularity. Provided you have blackberry liqueur at hand, you can mix the fruity cocktail of course - but you can also go straight for a gin flavoured with blackberries! The Bombay Bramble Gin was introduced in 2020. It gets its taste from the infusion of ripe blackberries and raspberries - no sugar or artificial colourings or flavours have been added. This was important to avoid slipping into the category of gin liqueurs. The typical juniper note is also retained. Therefore the Bombay Bramble Gin is well suited for the classic Gin & Tonic - or even for a Bramble without blackberry liqueur.
