This Grappa Riserva, made from the Moscato grape variety, is first aged for several years in barriques before being refined in a second aging of about two years in wooden barrels previously used for Madeira. This particular refinement, previously applied only to whiskey and now adopted by Sibona, gives the grappa an exceptional quality.
