The "Hennessy Fine de Cognac" is a marriage of 60 different regional Eaux de Vie's, aged in French oak barrels.

The Irishman Richard Hennessy founded the company in 1765 first as eaux-de-vie trading business. Today the distillery Hennessy is one of the world's leading cognac distilleries which is now in its eighth generation. In their warehouses there is a unique collection of old cognacs of all ages and growing regions, with which the company manufactures its fires. When "Fine de Cognac" is a marriage of 60 different eaux-de-Vie's that have matured majority between four and seven years. The oldest among them pitched up to 25 years. Moreover Hennessy used for the "Fine de Cognac" grapes from four different growing areas: Grande Champagne, Petite Champange, Borderies and Fins Bois.
