The KI NO BI Gin was introduced in 2016 is produced in Kyoto Distillery in the Japanese metropolis on the basis of rice. The local growing botanicals Yuzu, Hinoki-Scheinzypresse, green Gyokuro-tea, ginger, bamboo leaves and Japanese pepper are used for the aromatization. The botanicals are divided into six groups (basic aromas, citrus fruits, tea, spices, fruity-floral and herbaceous substances), which are distilled separately and then blinded. Aroma: classic dry juniper tea accompanied by floral and refreshing nuances, a touch of green tea Taste: complex toothed earthy and woody notes, plus some ginger finish: spicy and warming
