A soft, slightly vanilla bouquet, reminiscent of dried fruits and fine spices, characterizes the Grappa Barolo Riserva. It is a supple and full-bodied grappa with a great character and impeccable balance. In the finish he is so soft and harmonious like no other. The Grappa Barolo Riserva comes from the Distilleria "Santa Teresa dei Fratelli Marolo" in Alba, in the Piedmont region. Using the nose, hands and palate, Paolo Marolo created this original and unique fine variation of a Grappa Barolo. For the distillate fresh pomace of the noblest grapevines were used. The traditional distillery consciously refrains from large quantities, the focus being on the quality and the endeavor to optimally grasp the various properties of the raw materials. The course of the distillation is monitored in each phase. Traditional and handcrafted techniques are combined with modern equipment. Only then can pomegranates be transformed into excellent, unique products.
