9 cl Prosecco

A splash of sparkling water

Garnish: Grapefruit and mint

Preparation: Fill a wine glass with plenty of ice, pour the Violet Aperitif into the glass, top with Prosecco and sparkling water, and garnish with mint and grapefruit.
