For the Hibiki Harmony Whiskey, the manufacturers of Suntory rely on malt and grain whiskeys from their own sources. Depending on their type, they come from the Yamazaki, Hakushu or Chita distillery and have matured in various types of barrels, including sherry casks and barrels made from the wood of the rare Japanese water kingdom, called Mizunara. The 24-facet aesthetic bottle is designed to represent Japan's 24 "mini-seasons". In addition, the label is made of precious Echizen paper. The taste of the Hibiki Harmony presents itself with orange, apricot, oak, white chocolate, cinnamon and slightly peppery spice. Even a scent of rose petals should be recognizable.
