Tsingtao is the second largest brewery in the People's Republic of China. In the worldwide ranking she occupies the 6th place. The brewery originally came from a German colony. At the end of the 19th century, part of the Shandong peninsula became a German colony. In addition to the cultivation of wine, the Germans also built a brewery in Tsingtao in 1903, which became known as the English-German brewery society.
