Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger Kiste 6 x 1 Liter PET DeutschlandThe spiciest of all sodas.50 centimes bottle depot is included in the price!Under the name "Ginger Beer" we know the hot and spicy ginger lemonade all over the world, which we made by Thomas Henry as the first in Germany. "Beer" because it was originally brewed like a beer. Especially in America and England, where it was invented in the 19th century, people appreciated the savory, refreshing taste. They do - rightly so - even today, where they are no longer produced in the brewing process. To ensure that there is no misunderstanding in the land of the purity law, our product is called Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger. Fits better too: Spicy is indeed, and Ginger is in neat. But no beer and no alcohol. The only comes when our Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger with gin, rum or other spirits is married to delicious drinks. The full load of ginger.Strong and surprisingly sharp: That's Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger. All over the world you can appreciate the distinctly spicy taste of "Ginger Beer", pure and in long drinks such as the Moscow Mule with vodka or the Dark'n'Stormy with rum. The first German-made ginger lemonade modeled on the English "Ginger Beer "is a sensory refreshment of a special kind. More ginger, more sharpness.
Bundaberg Ginger Beer Kiste 24 x 375 ml Australien Stage 1. Grinding the Ginger Bundaberg Ginger Beer is made using dried ginger root. The ginger comes from the local Queensland area and is dried using a special process that ensures the natural flavour is preserved. The dried ginger root is ground into a coarse flour. Stage 2. Making the Ginger Wort The ground ginger is mixed with Queensland Cane Sugar and water. The mixture is heated to release flavours, sugars and starches from the ginger. The ginger starches are also broken down into fermentable sugars. Stage 3. Fermenting with yeast Yeast is added to ferment the wort. A special yeast is used in the natural brewing process which extracts ginger flavor and distinctive taste. Stage 4. Maturating the Ginger Beer After fermentation, the ginger is filtered to an exacting degree to leave behind the smaller, flavorsome pieces of ginger that will provide extra flavor during maturation and beyond. The ginger beer at this stage is a concentrate or strong ginger beer. It is stored this way to maximize maturation. Stage 5. Making it ready to Drink After maturation, the ginger beer is diluted with water, sugar and citric acid to drinking strength and filtered. It is then sent to the filler where it is carbonated and put into bottles.
FENTIMANS Ginger Beer Kiste 12 x 275 ml UK Ginger beer. Brewed, not stirred. Today, ginger beer is mostly known as a soft drink stirred together. Here comes the original, which has hardly been produced commercially for a long time - properly brewed ginger beer, which thus really deserves its name. Fentimans uses the finest Chinese ginger root as a basis, which is fermented and is largely responsible for the aromatic, spicy-hot taste of the drink. In addition to the ginger, a well-balanced combination of aromatic herbal extracts - lemon, pepper, speedwell, juniper and yarrow - rounds out the flavor.Second attempt, first quality. Brewed Lemonades by Fentimans. Thomas Fentiman came to brewing lemonade like the virgin to the child. In 1905, a merchant approached him for a loan - and offered him a recipe for herbal brewed ginger beer as collateral. The loan was sealed with a handshake - as was customary at the time. However, it was never repaid, leaving Fentiman in possession of the recipe. With this recipe, he set up a business in Gateshead near Newcastle upon Tyne in northeast England and chose Fearless, his beloved German Shepherd, as his logo. The simple ginger beer was soon followed by other varieties with different flavors, but their basis always remained the vegetable-brewed ginger beer. Soon Fentimans' vans were delivering the lemonades door-to-door until the mid-1960s, when the big supermarkets entered the business. The company ran into rough waters and eventually had to cease operations. Until 1988, when Eldon Robson, great-grandson of Thomas Fentiman, reopened the company, which is now based in Northumberland, and thus revived the traditional brand. The lemonades are brewed there today just as they were in the early days. They are based on mashed ginger, which is then mixed with a syrup prepared from natural ingredients that determine the respective flavor. The ginger mash always provides a certain basic spiciness and tartness to the lemonades. They are not superficially sweet and pleasing, but accentuated fruity, sometimes with strong acidity, and some varieties need to be tasted first. As they are properly brewed, they may still contain residual alcohol (maximum 0.5% by volume).
