Juniper, lemons, bitter oranges, sweet oranges, bergamot, origan and lavender form the base of this potstill distilled and unfiltered gin.
Gil The Authentic Rural Gin. The authentic and rustic gin. A ship's doctor, who was also an expert in the knowledge of substances and their effects, created a precious distillate with rural production methods. Juniper from the valley and IGP lemons from Rocca Imperiale are the main natural ingredients. Coarsely filtered with a simple linen cloth, the original color is preserved. A true hymn to the land, it is THE ORIGINAL. When mixing the great classics, it is best suited for a fizz or a Collins. Drinking it neat, it develops its pure Mediterranean character.
