Every year on June 24, exactly 24 walnuts - still green and unripe, but juicy and soft - are soaked in a liter of pure alcohol, fermented with sugar and enriched with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. After 90 days, the Nocino 24 crystallizes: nutty, dark, sticky, slightly sweet - simply fantastico!
