palate juniper, rich citrus, a touch of rose and
Hints of rose and heather. Earthy, floral and
spicy finish with coriander seeds and notes of pink
notes of pink pepper.

House of Elrick Gin is something special. It is made from the finest botanicals indicative of its Scottish homeland, including heather and rose petals. These give the gin a uniquely balanced refreshing flavor with floral notes.
Botanicals Juniper, coriander, angelica root, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, rose petals, heather pearls, sweet fennel seeds, pink peppercorns.
The juniper is in the forefront with a rich citrus blend, a subtle floral note from the rose and heather, balanced with the coriander and a light spice from the pink pepper.
