Purasana's freeze-dried Acai berry powder is made from Acai berries. These berries, similar to grapes, grow along the banks of the Amazon in Brazil and are considered a fruit that naturally contains a multitude of nutrients.
Acai berries are rich in vitamins, fiber, minerals and antioxidants. These elements are preserved through the process of freeze-drying. When the Acai berries are ripe, they are picked and freeze-dried into Acai Berry powder, which is organically grown.
Purasana's Acai Berry Powder can be used in smoothies, salads, cocktails and even for ice cream making.
