Product description
Purasana Superfood PSYLLIUM - FLOHSAMEN Raw Powder 200 Gramm Indien
Stimulates intestinal function and bowel movements
Helps relieve stomach and intestinal disorders
100% organic
Due to the variable Indian climate, where hot summers alternate with heavy monsoon rains, this is the region par excellence for growing this plant.
Psyllium is the ideal way to increase fiber intake! The dietary fiber in this plant can contain more than forty times its own weight in water.
Psyllium fiber has specific properties that can stimulate bowel function and stool. It contains two types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. The insoluble fiber provides bulk and can therefore ensure regular and better stools. Soluble fiber absorbs water, toxins and waste from your body and can ensure better absorption of nutrients.
If you feel bloated, constipated or suffer from the opposite, take psyllium powder to relieve your abdomen.
Use
The average recommended dose of psyllium is 5 g in 200 ml of fruit or vegetable juice before meals. You can take one dose twice a day. It is also recommended to drink enough water.
Quality
100% organic psyllium from India. Choose a 100% pure nature.
