The Ki No Bi Three Gin Tasting Set combines three exquisite gin varieties from the international gin producer of the year 2018, each containing 200 milliliters. With the Gin Tasting Set, connoisseurs can go on a voyage of discovery themselves and discover which is the best Japanese gin for them. The Gin Tasting Set from the Kyoto Distillery is available since summer 2019 only in a limited edition of 5,000 pieces worldwide. All three Kyoto Gins are based on the Dry Gin from the distillery. It is produced in a very elaborate production process. Using the one-shot distillation method, six different aroma categories are first macerated in rice spirit and then distilled (base, citrus, tea, herbs, spices and flowers). After the marriage, the Ki No Bi Kyoto Gin is given enough time to aromatize.

Kyoto Gin Tasting Set with three fillings of Ki No Bi Gin

The Ki No Bi Tea Dry Gin with 45.1 percent alcohol by volume in the green 200 milliliter bottle is characterized by very full-bodied and intense aromas. It is refined with Tencha and Gyokuro tea from the Uji region of Kyoto prefecture. In the black 200-milliliter bottle, the Kyoto Dry Gin Ki No Bi Classic with 45.7 percent alcohol by volume presents itself to connoisseurs. As its name suggests, it is the classic and received the Quality Award as Contemporary Gin of the Year at IWSC 2018. The third in the bunch is the high-proof Kyoto Gin Ki No Bi Sei. It was filled into the blue 200-milliliter bottle with 54.5 percent alcohol by volume. In 2018 it was awarded gold in the Gin & Tonic category at IWSC 2018.
