The Gallus 612 is brewed with the finest emerald aroma hops, seasoned with juniper and fermented with original top-fermented ale yeast. The maturation on oak wood completes the drinking pleasure. Natural and proud, this ale appears; creamy, light brown foam. In the nose, it unfolds a variety of aroma notes, light caramel notes. In the mouth, it impresses with roasted and fruit flavors: banana, accompanied by noble juniper and fine oak wood barrel flavors. In short, a full-bodied taste experience.
