We begin with a base of Mestres das Ribeiras - Grogue Branco, which is infused then redistilled with a secret blend of botanicals and spices, juniper, and local herbs from the island of Santo Antão.  Creating a delicious and beautifully perfumed gin with Cabo Verde in its heart and soul.  It’s a great experience, straight or with tonic, that smells and tastes like summer in Santo Antão!
