Exceptional are already the first two distillation process in the production of BLUE GIN. In small copper stills of 300 liters of valuable raw material is processed for the first Rohbrand with 40% vol. Alcohol in the so-called "Pot Still process". This method is considered one of the most gentle, since it comes here not overheat. The basic raw material the wheat variety "Mulan", which grows on the Upper Austrian fields used. The second method, the Feinbrand with 84% vol., Already fulfilled here all claims of the high quality of BLUE GIN.
The "maceration" the flavors are at optimized conditions carefully removed, not changed and authentically preserved in the fine grain alcohol. The otherwise volatile flavorings and grain alcohol are thereby obtained in a higher concentration. The result is the high percentage of pre-BLUE GIN.
