Sweet sherry with full aroma can be found in this 10-year-old malt. Filling in cask strength allows the use of water. Either full and intense or mild with a delicate aroma. Aroma: Bold, oak, apples and pears with a pleasant sweetness. Taste: Dry, malty, slightly oily and oaky in character. Strong sherry influence. Finish: Long, dry and with many different flavors.
