LAW is an elegant Dry Gin of premium quality. Its clear, balanced flavor is thoroughly inspired by the Mediterranean nature of Ibiza.
In its formulation, the spice notes of a traditional gin combine with selected Botanicals: best handpicked juniper, green cardamom, coriander seed, orris root, and Spanish cucumber combine harmoniously with those botanicals that not only surprise as gin flavors, but also as typical products known this island.
One of the key ingredients of LAW and the secret "Star" is the prickly pear. Your delicious, bright red mark underlines the fruity flavor that makes LAW Gin even enjoyed on a feast for the senses.
And unbelievable but true: Padrón peppers, those small, piquant peppers places, is fried and sprinkled with coarse salt, served in Spain as tapas, know to a very mild flavor. Posted by island's fresh lemon and orange peel, the salt of the salt flats and pure spring water from Sant Raphael Ibiza is 100% in the bottle.
