Aperol Spritz recipe
Aperol Spritz takes two minutes, built straight in the glass – the well-known 3-2-1 rule keeps it simple.
Glass: Large wine glass · Preparation: approx. 5 minutes · contains alcohol
Ingredients for 1 drink
- 9 cl Prosecco
- 6 cl Aperol
- 3 cl soda or sparkling water
- 1 orange slice
- Ice cubes
Method
- Fill a wine glass two-thirds with ice cubes.
- Pour in the Prosecco, then add the Aperol.
- Top up with a splash of soda and stir briefly.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
