Tatratea comes from the expanse of the High Tatras and is the latest product of the renowned Karloff distillery, which has established itself in a very short time with the production of noble distillates in the spirits sector beyond the borders of Slovakia. Karloff stands for quality from Slovakia. Just as the Austrians have their Jagertee, there are also centuries old recipes in the High Tatras, which are used to sit together on a cold winter evening in the hut and warm up with a glass of "tea". Karloff has compiled these recipes and made it his mission to make these regional delicacies accessible to a wider audience. The TATRATEA Collection contains some of these recipes in different flavors and alcohol strengths. The manufacturer also emphasizes the high quality of its products by filling its Tatratea collection into a beautifully designed bottle. Karloff has won several prizes and awards for his Tatratea in recent years. TATRATEA conquers the world Describing the taste and aroma of TATRATEA would mean depriving you of an experience. During visits to the High Tatras in Slovakia, guests from all over the world can enjoy a brew of hot tea, Tatra herbs and alcohol as an aperitif. THE IDEA If you visit the High Tatras and their typical "robber's huts", hot Tatras tea will be served with a shot of alcohol as an aperitif specialty. For years, Karloff had been considering the idea of bringing this specialty into every household and the gastronomy, making it accessible to the masses, even outside the High Tatras. The idea took shape for the first time in 2003, the year in which TATRATEA's production began. After about one year of development Karloff started the marketing of TATRATEA 52% Original in early 2004. TATRATEA is a unique tea-alcohol beverage, made without exception of natural ingredients. TATRATEA is put together in the balance between the finest alcohol, natural extracts of mountain plants and high-quality teas, fruit essences, distillates and clean Tatra water. Pleasant aroma, rounded taste and liberating effect are the basics of the new product from Slovakia. Various prizes and awards confirm the exceptional quality of the product. DRINK It can be chilled directly or consumed with ice cubes. However, he will only show his "true face" when you pour 0.5 dl TATRATEA with 1.5 dl hot water or a hot tea. TATRATEA is considered to be an excellent basis for long drinks, regardless of whether you use cola, tonic, sprite or ice tea with a slice of lemon. On the manufacturer's side, you can choose your favorite cocktail

After the heuliquer the firt schnapps comes! A 100% Swiss product with the aroma of white firs from the Züri-Oberland. The native forests, mountain meadows and orchards have always been a true botanist's paradise. Around the year, they collect the precious natural resources to later exploit their many uses. Capturing the fragrances and flavorings of the ingredients in liquid form is the job of the distillers. And since consumers have long since returned to regional products, there are more and more of those in Switzerland. The makers of fir brandy are no longer debutants: the company Swiss Premium Drinks GmbH has already brought out the summit climber Heulikör. In a very similar direction it is also the case of fir brandy: Take an unconventional and yet widespread ingredient from the landscape and aromatize it with a high percentage of liquid. This time it's pine branches that are at the center of attention. The branches come from cleared silver firs from Steg in the Zurich Oberland and are laid for four weeks in Kernobstbrand. Finally, an authentic branch comes into the bottle, so that the fir schnaps far more than just the taste and smell stimulates.

SELECT Aperitivo Likör Likör 100 cl / 17.5 % Italien Originally developed in Venice, the Select Liqueur is now made using the original recipe in Bologna. In the mix of a total of 30 botanicals juniper and rhubarb root set the tone, which are complemented by balsamic, herbals, citrus, floral and spicy notes. When you hear the word "aperitivo", you usually think of an Italian liqueur or wine aperitif with a reddish color. And at least in this case, the assumption is not entirely wrong: In 1920, the Select Aperitivo was created in Venice as a product of the company "Fratelli Pilla & Co". Even then, an aperitif glass with a long style graced the label. When the famous drink was revived in Bologna in 1957, not much was changed. 30 botanicals are still setting the tone. These include resinous juniper berries and bitter rhubarb roots. Producer Montenegro SrL - also known as Amaro Montenegro - also offers the following ingredients: peppermint, eucalyptus, cardamom, resin, orange peel, grapefruit, kumquats, tangerine, bergamot, cinchona bark, toasted wood, roots, orange blossom, white flowers , Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and mazis. This selection adds balsamic, herbal, citrus, spicy and floral aromas to the liqueur. The botanicals macerate in a water-alcohol solution, are then brought to a boil and distilled in a copper bladder. The Select Aperitivo is best drunk as "Venetian Spritz" with white wine and carbonated water or as "Select Spritz" with Prosecco and soda. After all, it was the original from Venice, which coined the Spritz as a popular aperitif drink from the 1970s. The bittersweet liqueur should traditionally be served with a large green olive, as is common in local restaurants and wine bars.

Therefore, the hibiscus vanilla liqueur is also produced entirely without artificial flavorings, with the finest ingredients, by hand and with great attention to detail.
